Our Mission at Focused Awareness is to teach groups and
individuals a simple and effective approach to
mindfulness. Combining long understood techniques, and
basic psychological principals we apply mindfulness to
gain greater awareness of all aspects of one’s
emotional and physiological states. We provide
seminars, video, e-books and private coaching in the
art and science of returning to your senses and
becoming fully present, leading to better grades, more
touch downs, or just an overall heightened sense of
well being. The techniques are not new, nor is the
science behind them, on the contrary. It is the
specific application of mindfulness training, anchored
through classical conditioning that creates the added
benefits. Focused Awareness provides quality
educational opportunities for those interested in
exploring the relationship between mindfulness and the
